All parcels will be sent by Parcel Force or Royal Mail depending on the size of the item.

Mainland UK -

£4.99 Normally within 48 hours. All UK parcels will be sent on a 2 day service unless otherwise requested. Parcels over £20 will be sent recorded delivery

Belgium, Luxembourg & Netherlands -

£19.00 and normally takes 3-5 days. 

Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland-  

£23.00 and normally takes 5 days. 

Italy, Spain, Portugal -

£30.00 and normally takes 5 days. 

Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, Gibraltar, Hungary, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Malta, Norway, Poland, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Switzerland, Austria, Vatican City State -

£37.00 and normally takes 5 days. 

Turkey, Andorra - 

£85.00 and normally takes 5 days.

Azores, Balearic, Madeira -

Items should be returned to us within 14 days in impeccable condition, complete with the receipt/invoice and a covering letter explaining the reasons for returning. We will then be happy to process the exchange or refund for you. Please allow 7 days for the refund to be processed and 5 working days for the funds to arrive in your bank. 

In order to qualify for our refunds policy, all Items must be in a re-saleable condition i.e. undamaged, in their original and undamaged packaging, unworn and complete with all tags and labels attached.

You must make your own arrangements for postage but please note that Equikro will only be liable for the product when it has arrived back in our warehouse therefore we suggest obtaining proof of postage when returning an item too us. 

Any item bought in a 'Sale' at any of our trade stands, is not eligible for exchange or refund and is deemed to have been purchased as seen. Items bought in an 'online sale' can be exchanged for a credit note on the condition that the item is returned within 30 days of receipt.

Please note that the below items cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty when bought in store, online or at our trade stand:

  • Made to Measure Items including De Niro Boots.
  • Any riding hat, body protector or underwear for health and safety reasons
  • Special order items (please note orders cannot be cancelled when processed)
  • Items purchased using a voucher or Equikro credit
  • We are unable to issue refunds for returned Sale or Discounted items. A credit note to the value spent will be issued instead if returned within 30 days of receipt. Sale items purchased in store or at our trade stand are non-returnable as they are deemed to be purchased as seen. 

A postage fee will be charged for all exchanges.

This does not affect your statutory rights

Goods becoming damaged in your opinion through defective materials, poor workmanship or during carriage should be notified immediately and returned for inspection in not more than 7 days. Under no circumstances should items continue to be used when damaged, as you will be deemed to have accepted the goods in their damaged condition. Where justified damage has occurred P&P fees will be reimbursed. Any orders that do not involve damaged or defective goods will not be eligible for P&P refund.
